Twenty20 is the most revolutionary event in the Cricketing realm. The acceptance of this format is overwhelming and this might change our perspective of the game forever in future. The Introduction of IPL – Indian Premier League by BCCI made T20 more interesting and effective. As much as I have seen and experienced during my brief stay in India, It is being widely accepted by crowds. People who were otherwise not interested in test cricket and one-day cricket and finding this format pretty interesting and entertaining.
T20 cricket is for sure on the right path for what it is introduced for – to make the game more interesting, to attract more crowds and to make more revenue.
Lets see how it will effect the Test Cricket, which is and would always be the beauty of the game…..
